More power to the fourth official at World Cup 2010

Players that take penalties are now no longer allowed to ‘feint’ after they have completed the run up to take a penalty and if they do and they score, they will have to take the penalty again and they will also get a yellow card.

They can feint in the run up, just not after they have finished the run. The International Football Association Board has decided it is “unsporting behaviour” and wanted to get the rule changed before the World Cup.
