There was no escaping the rain even as New Zealand’s tour of Sri Lanka reached its fifth game. Sri Lanka, unsurprisingly, chose to field under overcast skies and the weather worsened to bring in more rain to delay the start of play. New Zealand are trailing 0-2 in the five-match ODI series. They handed seamer Adam Milne, who replaced Kyle Mills, his ODI debut. Allrounder Andrew Ellis came in for Jacob Oram.
