Thom Yorke, Atoms for Peace leave music-streaming services

Musician Thom Yorke and producer Nigel Godrich have removed their music from streaming services such as Spotify, Rdio, and Deezer, saying they’re “bad for new music.” In a series of tweets over the weekend, Godrich cited several reasons for removing music by his band, Atoms For Peace, which is fronted by Yorke. (Yorke also fronts for the better-known Radiohead.) “We’re off of Spotify,” Godrich said.
