Experts lack equipment to predict cloudbursts

Scientists and meteorologists attribute the catastrophic flash floods and cloudbursts to climatic shift, but they still grope in the dark to predict these “devils of death” as they lack Doppler radars to predict them. The radars can be used to forewarn and evacuate residents to minimise the loss to life and property.
