HOWRAGHAT, Aug 23 – Uncessant rains since the weekend has flooded the entire Howraghat Legislative Assembly constituency. As per official reports, the flood waters of the Pudikharu and Harina rivers submerged as many as 24 revenue villages affecting more than 20,000 families badly.
