It’s almost as if the makers of “Dawn of the Planet of the Apes” are interested in making the sequel to “Rise of the Planet of the Apes” really, really good. First they go and get Matt Reeves to replace Rupert Wyatt. Then they cast “Zero Dark Thirty” break-out and star-waiting-to-happen Jason Clarke in the lead human role. Follow that with adding “The Road”‘s Kodi Smit-McPhee, and you’ve got a movie.
