Italy are going to have to wait on test results before knowing the full extent of the injury to goalkeeper Gianluigi Buffon after he was forced out of the game against Paraguay with a nerve injury.
Buffon is considered by many as the best keeper in the world. We rate him in the top two and without him, there will be a concern that Italy can not replicate their success of 2006 – as for some, he is considered inspirational.
