Here’s the line at the Fifth Avenue store around 8:45 a.m. ET, 45 minutes after the store opened for business. For a while, it looked like iPhone 5 buyers would spend hours before getting into the Fifth Avenue store in NYC. But Apple has kicked the transaction process into gear and is cycling through buyers quickly.
