The two Italian Marines, facing trial in Kerala for shooting two Indian fishermen to death on February 15 last off the Kerala coast, filed a petition in the High Court on Friday seeking relaxation in bail conditions to travel to their country for Christmas even as the Italian Government began stepping up pressure on India over the fishermen-killing case.
