if u slain an enemy rengar? or take an assist on him with kha at lvl 18 i think u can evolve all 4 abilities hapened to me yestrerday. It showed sometihng like domininon a quest saying th hunt is on and had a passive wich said if kha kills rengar he will evolve to his ultimate form
