Microsoft Acquires PhoneFactor

REDMOND, Wash., and OVERLAND PARK, Kan. — Oct. 4, 2012 — Microsoft Corp. and PhoneFactor Inc. today announced that Microsoft has acquired PhoneFactor, a recognized leader in multifactor authentication (MFA) solutions.
