Milla Jovovich And Paul W.S. Anderson Will Return For ‘Resident Evil 6’
Earlier this month we told you that Sony had plans to release a sixth installment in the “Resident Evil” franchise. It seemed like a safe bet that filmmaker Paul W.S. Anderson would resume his role as director of the fan favorite, with wife and star Milla Jovovich reprising her role as Alice — who battles nefarious pharmaceutical company, the Umbrella Corporation.
First Showing confirmed that the duo have officially signed on to start shooting “Resident Evil 6” this fall, with plans to honor the September 12, 2014 release date previously announced.
