Don’t expect anyone to make an app like that. The userbase is small compared to the normal users. (Decreased commercial interest) The amount of devs which are partners is even lower. (Low hobbyist interest)
There are? also some technical difficulties. You need to test it, but you don’t want to test it on a real account. (It might mess up or in the worst-case delete stuff you didn’t intend it to.) The API also needs to support it and I’m not sure it does.
Best bet is to try to make YouTube do it
