not entirely true. But yes it’s nowhere near as level as the olympic equivalent, where if you? one of the 6 fastest people alive you will be in the final. It is true in many countries you wouldn’t even get the opportunity of receiving carbon limbs etc. But don’t take away from these people who are still, regardless, athletes and hard working. Not there fault that everyone isn’t handed equipment to come and compete against them, they just take what they are given and run fast.
