Two Zee scribes to face cops’ queries for two days – Northern Voices Online
New Delhi, (IANS) A Delhi court Saturday sent two Zee journalists to two days’ police custody, after investigators said they needed to bring them face-to-face with Zee group chairman Subhash Chandra in an alleged Rs.100-crore extortion bid case.
Metropolitan Magistrate Ankit Singhla sent the two journalists to police custody till Dec 10.
Chandra and Zee group’s managing director Puneet Goenka were questioned till late night in connection with the case.
They appeared before police in connection with the alleged Rs.100-crore extortion bid from Jindal group of companies.
